Go Chicken Peoples!

Babygirl was initiated into southern football this weekend. We had a semi-party to watch the South Carolina-Georgia game. Since we didn’t have our annual BBQ in June (busy having babies), we decided to have a small gathering for the game. My beloved Tigers won after a very disappointing loss last weekend to Tech (boooooo!). So I was glad that Babygirl got to see a great game, even though the Dawgs managed to squeak it out. I think the Curse of Spurrier still reigns in Georgia. At least it’s good for intimidation purposes. I’m just glad that Auburn doesn’t face him too often, though October 1st this year will be an interesting weekend with the Curley Clan. Auburn hasn’t faced the Chickens in a number of years. Luckily, Babygirl, typically dressed by Mommy, will be decked out in her orange and blue like a good girl!

Munchkin watching the Gamecocks with Grandpa Curley (ok, so she's dozing...it's halftime!)
